Qualifications: Applicants must meet the requirements of 1, 2, or 3 to meet the qualifications of the position. 1) Applicants must meet the requirements of a, b, and c to meet the requirements of 1. a. A paralegal or legal assistant certification from an accredited college or university. b. Minimum of one year experience as a paralegal or legal assistant. c. Must be highly skilled with modern office equipment and programs; accurate, reliable, punctual, productive; be able to meet the demands of a busy office with regular deadlines; have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality; and must be flexible and willing to assist with the work of others is required. Experience in civil, criminal and juvenile work is beneficial. 2) Applicants must meet the requirements of a and b to meet the requirements of 2. a. A paralegal or legal assistant associate's degree from an accredited college or university. b. Must be highly skilled with modern office equipment and programs; accurate, reliable, punctual, productive; be able to meet the demands of a busy office with regular deadlines; have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality; and must be flexible and willing to assist with the work of others is required. Experience in civil, criminal and juvenile work is beneficial. 3) Applicants must meet the requirements of a and b to meet the requirements of 3. a. A combination of education and/or full-time experience equal to three years. Where education is thirty semester hours of accredited college or university course work in paralegal or legal assistant equals one year of full-time experience. b. Must be highly skilled with modern office equipment and programs; accurate, reliable, punctual, productive; be able to meet the demands of a busy office with regular deadlines; have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality; and must be flexible and willing to assist with the work of others is required. Experience in civil, criminal and juvenile work is beneficial. |

Pay Rate: $42,452.80 - $62,420 |
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM |
