Job Description:
This is a position working with new technology such as streaming service, mobile device applications, interactive television services, casting technology, and continuous cutting-edge technology.
-We are looking to add several Network/Technical Call Center Agents to our team in full-time, non-exempt positions.
-These positions are in our Technical Assistance Center where our team provides business-to-business support to the hospitality staff and supports the hospitality customers. You will provide technical support to other departments within SONIFI, International Licensees, SONIFI customers, Field Service Representatives and Service Partners, along with dispatching field service technicians as needed.

Qualifications:
-A minimum 2-year technical degree or the equivalent combination of education and or work experience.
-Fundamental knowledge of Windows, Linux and UNIX in addition to a strong technical aptitude.
-Fundamental knowledge of routers, switches, OSI model, wireless protocols.
-Experience in a technical call center is preferred.
-Communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
-Effectively apply problem resolution techniques while troubleshooting in a team environment.
-Bi-lingual is a plus.
-Desire to advance within a leading-edge technology company!
Required Skills:
These positions require analytical thinking. Organizational, communication, and customer service skills are a must. Individuals must have a desire and willingness to learn and maintain knowledge.
Pay Rate: DOE
Hours: Varies
Shifts: Days, Graveyard, Evenings, Weekends, Variable
