-A minimum 2-year technical degree or the equivalent combination of education and or work experience.
-Fundamental knowledge of Windows, Linux and UNIX in addition to a strong technical aptitude.
-Fundamental knowledge of routers, switches, OSI model, wireless protocols.
-Experience in a technical call center is preferred.
-Communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
-Effectively apply problem resolution techniques while troubleshooting in a team environment.
-Bi-lingual is a plus.
-Desire to advance within a leading-edge technology company!
