Job Description:
$15-19/hr + DOE Starting Pay, No Weekends! Great Part-Time Opportunity!

A local real estate company is searching for a dedicated, organized and detail oriented individual to join their team as an Administrative Assistant! This position is part-time Monday-Friday, 12pm-5pm. Starting pay is $15-19/hr + DOE

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
-Answering phones
-Paperwork related to real estate such as compliance, contracts
-Auditing paperwork- ensuring signatures and forms are completed
-Supporting agents and agent files
-Ordering office supplies
-Posting on social media

What you'll get as an Administrative Assistant:
-Starting Pay: $15-19/hr + DOE

Required Skills:
To become an Administrative Assistant, you'll need:
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Excellent customer service and people-oriented skills
-Strong computer skills
-Knowledge of social media
-Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
-Prioritize and manage time efficiently
-Prior real estate experience strongly preferred
Pay Rate: $15-$19/hr +DOE
Shifts: Days
